My favorite place on campus is the research dock on Jordan’s Point because of its gorgeous water and boat views. It’s one of my favorites because it’s quiet and I can only hear the water moving around. When I’m there, it almost feels like time stops. I could stay out on the dock for hours just listening to nature. It’s a peaceful escape that always helps me relax. The calm atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to clear my mind after a long day. Sometimes I even bring a book or my journal so I can enjoy the stillness a little longer.
